Terms of Use

1. About the Service

The Service is a search interface for programming-language documentation, specifications, standards, proposals, and other technical references. Most indexed materials are official or trusted external resources managed by third parties. The Service does not own, publish, or control those materials.

Labels such as “Official,” “Conventional,” and “Community” are informational classifications. They do not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or a warranty from any language project, standards body, document maintainer, or other rights holder.

2. Acceptable Use

You must comply with applicable law and use the Service for ordinary search purposes. You must not:

• break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or facilitate either activity;
• interfere with the normal operation of the Service, its servers, or networks;
• attempt to bypass security features, access controls, or usage limits;
• perform excessive automated access, load testing, or bulk retrieval that threatens service stability; or
• send false reports, impersonate others, or submit malware, credentials, or confidential information.

3. Search Results and External Sites

The Operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, ranking, availability, classification, translation status, or fitness for a particular purpose of any index, search result, proposal status, or linked material. Specifications and proposals may change, be withdrawn, or become obsolete. Check the original and latest source before relying on a result for an important decision.

External sites are governed by their own terms, licenses, and privacy policies. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or data practices.

4. Intellectual Property

Rights in the Service’s original interface, software, logo, and other original materials belong to the Operator or the applicable rights holder. Rights in indexed documents, trademarks, logos, and referenced information belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

5. Issue Reports and Feedback

You may voluntarily submit reports or suggestions through the issue-report form. You confirm that you have the right to provide the submission and allow the Operator to use it as reasonably necessary to investigate, improve, document, and communicate about the Service. Reports are not made public, but may be analyzed using external AI services for investigation. See thePrivacy Policyfor details.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, non-public code, confidential information, sensitive personal data, or another person’s personal data. Do not use the general issue form for urgent vulnerability details; contact the Operator directly instead.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Discontinuation

The Operator may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice for maintenance, security, changes to external sources, or technical or operational reasons. Continued availability, specific features, search coverage, and preservation of data are not guaranteed.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for loss arising from use or inability to use the Service, search results, external sites, lost data, or other matters related to the Service.

This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator, or where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer or other law. Where the Operator is liable for ordinary negligence, liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to ordinary and direct loss.

8. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights

These Terms and the Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection or other laws in your place of residence.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may revise these Terms to reflect changes in law, the Service, or its operation. Material changes will be announced on this page or by another reasonable method. The revised Terms apply when you use the Service after they take effect.
